Located between 350 and 450 meters above sea level, the vineyards enjoy optimal exposure, illuminated all day by the sun’s rays. The soil has a sandy loam nature and a gentle and soft slope, excellent for good drainage.
Cultivation is spurred cordon. The harvest takes place manually. One of our main challenges is to preserve the aromas of the grapes as much as possible. We pick the bunches with the utmost care and attention.
